"NEVAL" is the only solvent-free product that does not use volatile organic solvents. It can be used for patching and potholes. Since it contains zero volatile organic solvents, it can be stored for years. It hardens even underwater, allowing for application during rain or in flowing water areas. It does not fully harden and remains softer than existing pavement, absorbing vibrations and impacts. Therefore, it is ideal for patching around bridge sections, joints, and turtle shell areas.
